2026 Performer Lineup
Meet the Performers
USAF F-22 Raptor Demo Team
The F-22 Raptor is the world's first operational fifth-generation fighter, combining stealth, supercruise, thrust-vectoring, and advanced sensor fusion in a single platform. Powered by twin Pratt & Whitney F119 engines producing over 35,000 pounds of thrust each, the Raptor can exceed Mach 2 and perform post-stall maneuvers that few aircraft on earth can match. The demonstration highlights high-alpha passes, pedal turns, and rapid pitch changes that showcase the aircraft's thrust-vectoring capability and unrivaled flight control authority.
P-51 Mustang
The CAF Rise Above Squadron's P-51C Mustang "Tuskegee Airmen" is a flying tribute to America's first military aviators. Painted in the iconic red-tail markings made famous during World War II, the aircraft honors the courage, skill, and determination of the pilots who broke barriers while serving their country. Operated by the Commemorative Air Force Rise Above Squadron, the Mustang helps tell the inspiring story of the Tuskegee Airmen through flight demonstrations and educational outreach.
NextGen Eagles
The NextGen Eagles are new-generation performers bringing the iconic Christen Eagle back to the national circuit. From their signature minimal wingtip separation to breathtaking opposing passes, they deliver a one-of-a-kind, nostalgic, and engaging show that connects with everyone from first-timers to long-time airshow veterans. Their performance blends tight formation flying with precision aerobatics — one of the most demanding disciplines in airshow flying — requiring exact throttle control, spacing, and disciplined geometry on every pass.
Re-Max Skydiving Team
The nationally recognized RE/MAX Skydiving Team brings precision, professionalism, and excitement to airshows and major events across the country. At the North Star Air Show, the team will open the weekend with a dramatic jump during the National Anthem, descending in formation to kick off the flying program. Their performance highlights the teamwork, timing, and skill that make skydiving one of the most thrilling traditions in airshow aviation.
B-25 Mitchell
The B-25J "Miss Mitchell" served in the 310th Bomb Group, 57th Bomb Wing of the 12th Air Force in North Africa and Italy, completing over 130 missions with no crew fatalities — a rare wartime accomplishment. After a 12-year restoration by the Minnesota Wing of the Commemorative Air Force, Miss Mitchell took her first post-restoration flight on April 18, 1992 — exactly 50 years to the day of the daring Doolittle Raid.
Fury 2.0
Stephen Covington brings over 25 years of airshow experience and a Surface Level SAC card — meaning he can fly aerobatics all the way to the ground. His latest aircraft, Fury 2.0, is a Gamebird GB1 purpose-built for extreme low-level performance. Stephen has competed nationally, earned an ICAS Gold Award for best new act, and performs the crowd-favorite Rolling Thunder act pitting his aircraft against a jet-powered car.
Erik Edgren
Erik Edgren has logged more than 6,000 flight hours across over 180 aircraft types, with experience as a flight instructor, air combat school pilot, and corporate aviator. His aircraft, the "T-Clips," is a modified 1939 Taylorcraft specially adapted for aerobatic performance with clipped wings, inverted fuel and oil systems, and smoke capability. Erik's routines feature a mix of precision aerobatics and specialty maneuvers flown close to the crowd line.
Beechcraft C-45H
Anthony Quadrani, owner of the famous Silver Dragon, brings a lifetime of aviation passion to the skies, flying the historic C-45H after building a career that spans more than 20 aircraft types — from the Piper J-3 Cub to the Boeing 747.
Anthony Oshinuga
Anthony Oshinuga is a mechanical engineer turned world-class aerobatic competitor and airshow performer. A podium finisher at the National Championship Air Races — the first African American to do so — Anthony has performed at major events including the Miramar Air Show and became the first African American pilot to perform in the Arctic Circle. In 2019, he set a world record as the first pilot to fly beneath a jumping monster truck. He also flew his Pitts S1 over 6,000 nautical miles across 44 stops in 18 days to deliver PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Precision Exotics
Precision Exotics brings the worlds of aviation and high-performance automobiles together in one unforgettable act. Founded by a team with deep military aviation roots, Precision Exotics showcases exotic supercars through thrilling runway demonstrations, high-speed races, and unique car-versus-aircraft performances. Their one-of-a-kind show combines speed, precision, and adrenaline — giving spectators a fresh perspective on performance both in the air and on the ground.
