All volunteers receive an event volunteer t-shirt, lunch on the days of volunteer service, and reserved parking.
Groups
Have a team? We partner with organized local groups by providing a financial donation in exchange for volunteer support.
Individuals
Signing up solo is welcome. Share your availability and we’ll match you to where help is needed most.
After You Apply
We’ll email details on check-in, timing, and your assigned role once placements are confirmed.

Site Setup (Thu/Fri)
Assist with chairs, signage, and event infrastructure.
Guest Entry Support
Scan tickets, wristband guests and support entry operations.
Information & Wayfinding
Answer questions and help guests find gates, venues, and key areas.
Premium Venue Support
Support hospitality/premium areas with guest flow and assistance.
Parking & Arrival Support
Help route vehicles and support arrival procedures.
End-of-Day Reset
Assist with site cleanup and quick reset tasks.
